Test the door Window Regulator motor while moving it away from the cable housing with attention to its position before removing it from the door regulator assembly. The new door Window Regulator motor insertion into the cable housing begins with a delicate wiggling motion before bolting it with 4 torques to 5 n.m (44 lb in). Attach the door window and connect the electrical harness to the door Window Regulator motor. Check the window operation by connecting the wire connector to the switch but later disconnect the wiring harness from the switch. Place the front door water deflector and suitably install the side front door trim panel. To verify proper folding top functionality it is important to execute the window cycle learn procedure.
