  A: Service and repairs of the Wiper Motor linkage begin with removing the windshield Wiper Arms alongside the air inlet screen. Two bolts and the bulkhead center cover need removal to access the windshield Wiper Motor linkage. Start by removing the 5 retaining nuts from where the bulkhead secures the windshield Wiper Motor linkage then take out the windshield Wiper Motor itself. Press the retaining tabs on the windshield Wiper Motor linkage until it slides out the opening at the windshield Wiper Motor position. Installation requires feeding the windshield Wiper Motor linkage through the opening while making sure all retaining tabs become properly engaged. Fasten five retaining nuts across the windshield Wiper Motor linkage to the bulkhead with a torque of 15 n.m (11 lb ft). Before installing the windshield Wiper Motor replace the ground wire under the right bulkhead center cover bolt. Finally, attach the 2 bolts to the bulkhead center cover, maintaining a torque of 15 n.m (11 lb ft). Install both the air inlet screen and windshield wiper arms when the installation process is complete.
