You should grasp the overhead console and pull down to release the fasteners before disconnecting the electrical connectors connected to the overhead console. You can compress the retainers using pliers while you draw the power quarter window/multi-function switch backwards from the housing. Insert the power quarter window/multi-function switch into the overhead console opening then join the electrical connectors. Press up while aligning the overhead console in the vehicle until the fasteners securely fasten the console. Fasten the overhead console screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in) torque before putting the courtesy lamp lens inside until it sits tightly.
