How to replace the bank 2 knock sensor on Chevrolet Uplander?

Begin bank 2 Knock Sensor replacement work by taking off the right front tire followed by removing the wheel. First remove the splash shield and disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the Knock Sensor point. The bank 2 Knock Sensor must be loosened before removal. The production pre-coating of threads on bank 2 Knock Sensor requires no thread sealant during installation for optimum detonation detection. Torque the Knock Sensor to 25 n.m (18 lb ft) before you reattach the engine harness electrical connector to the sensor. Put on both the splash shield and right front tire and wheel as the final step.
