How to replace the MAP Sensor on Chevrolet Uplander?

Begin manifold absolute pressure sensor replacement by taking off the intake manifold cover. Start by disconnecting the engine harness electrical connector from the MAP sensor. Then remove all the MAP sensor bracket bolts with its accompanying bracket. After removing the MAP sensor check for damage on the MAP sensor seal then install a new one if needed. Set down the new MAP sensor seal when required then add the MAP sensor . When installing the MAP sensor bracket and bolts always use a torque of 25 N.m (18 lb ft). The engine harness electrical connector must be installed on the MAP sensor followed by reinstallation of the intake manifold cover.
