You must remove the Drive Belt before taking out the fan and Fan Blade clutch parts. Loosen and take off coolant pump pulley bolts then remove the pulley from its position. Disconnect the clamps and bypass hoses from both the coolant pump and Radiator. Remove the four coolant pump bolts and take out the pump while checking the gasket surfaces for damages and burrs. Check all components and put new ones in place if needed. Insert coolant pump gaskets first and bolt the pump into place using 45 nm torque before fastening the four bolts to 33 ft. Lbs. Put back together the fan and fan blades through their mechanical connection plus the Drive Belt and Fan Shroud upper assembly with bolts.
