Where is the knock sensor located and How to its removal and installation on GMC Savana 2500?

The Knock Sensor (KS) is positioned at the top rear part of the engine. Start your work by disconnecting the negative Battery Cable for safety purpose. Then, you need to take out the engine cover and disconnect the ks harness connector. Next, get rid of the ks bolt and remove the ks . To install, first install Knock Sensor bolt and bolt, tighting the Knock Sensor bolt to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). One then connects the ks harness connector and then reinstall the engine cover.
