    In order to replace the front auxiliary Blower Motor Switch in the hvac system, the first step is pushing down and right on the switch to remove it from the console. Remove the electrical connector from the switch. For installation, attach the electrical connector to the switch and reinstall it into the console and press it in firmly.

    If you are replacing the HVAC Control Module, remove i/p accessory trim plate and security screws holding HVAC Control Module. Depress the three tabs on HVAC Control Module and remove it from i/p carefully. Displug the electrical connectors from the HVAC Control Module. For free operation, reconnect the power supply to the HVAC control module and lock the tabs into place. Next, reinstall the HVAC Control Module into the i/p and fasten it using the screws and tighten the screws to the torque specification of 1.9 n.m (17 lb in). Lastly, replace the i/p accessory trim plate.

    You can detach the front auxiliary Blower Motor Switch through downward and to the right button action in the console. Unplug the electrical connector from the switch. Before assembling the new component place the electrical connector onto the switch and fix the switch within the console by pressing it hard.

    In order to replace the A/C Switch, take off the accessory trim plate and the screws (7,2) that hold the A/C Switch to the instrument panel. After that, remove the mode cable, temperature cable, and electrical connectors, then fully remove the A/C Switch. For installation, the new A/C Switch should be installed with electrical connectors attached without bending the mode and temperature cables. Next, connect the mode and temperature leads to the A/C Switch, fasten it to the instrument panel using screws and torquing them to 1.9 n.m (18 lb in). Lastly, you reinstall the accessory trim plate.
