Replacement of the front Door Lock Cylinder needs the window raised all the way. Start the replacement by removing both the front door trim panel and the water deflector. The next step involves removing the outside Door Handle before taking out the clip used to maintain the lock cylinder lever connection to the lock cylinder. A person should press on the lock cylinder retainer while gently removing the lock cylinder from the outside Door Handle. Application starts with inserting the lock cylinder into the outside Door Handle until the lock cylinder retainer activates then install the clip that holds the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder . Proceed with installing the outside Door Handle as the first step before fitting the front door water deflector and concluding with the front door trim panel.

After securing your new lock cylinder check the fluid and lubricant recommendations then apply a proper lubricant inside both the lock case and cylinder keyway before putting in place. First detach the outside Door Handle before using a flat-bladed tool to expose the Door Lock Cylinder retainer for removal of the Door Lock Cylinder from the outside Door Handle. The Door Lock Cylinder installation process starts by placing it into the outside Door Handle followed by Door Lock Cylinder retainer attachment before reinstalling the outside Door Handle.

The replacement of the rear Door Lock Cylinder begins with removing the right side rear door trim panel. To perform the procedure start by removing the outside Door Handle followed by removal of the clip that connects the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder . Next, push the lock cylinder retainer as you pull out the lock cylinder from both the handle and the vehicle body. Start the installation process by placing the lock cylinder into its proper position inside the vehicle then push it into the handle to activate the retainer lock. After you install the clip you should retain the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder . Put the outside Door Handle back in place. The last step is to put back the right side rear door trim panel.

Press the lock cylinder retainer and remove the lock cylinder from the outside door handle.

Then, remove the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder.

Reinstall the side front door outside handle and the side front door trim panel.

Install the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder.

Press the lock cylinder into the outside door handle to engage the lock cylinder retainer.

Press the lock cylinder into the handle to engage the lock cylinder retainer.
