    Q:
How to replace the lower air hose on Chevrolet Blazer? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the lower filler tube, drain all the fuel from the Fuel Tank and ensure the lower fuel fill hose is removed and underbody mounted spare tire is taken down. Release the upper fuel fill hose clamp, and remove the ground wire from the frame crossover, removing retaining straps from the lower fuel fill tube. Next, remove the lower fuel fill tube retaining bolt at the x- overs between the frame, and disconnect the lower fuel fill tube from the upper fuel fill hose before removing the fuel-fill tube. To install, align the fuel fill tube over the frame crossover and attach both of the upper and lower fuel fill hoses to the tube. Mount the lower fuel fill tube retaining bolt to frame crossover and torque 15 n.m (11 lb ft). Join the ground wire back to the fhame x over switch tightening the ground strap retaining screw to 15nm (11lb ft) and attach the ground wire to the lower fuel fill tube with new retainer straps . Mount the hose clamps ( 2, 7 ) onto upper and lower fuel fill hose and tighten to 2.5n.m ( 22 lb in ). Lastly, reinstall the spare tire, bring the vehicle down, and remove the fuel fill cap to top off the Fuel Tank, install the fuel fill cap back, and connect the negative cable of the battery.

    Q:
How to replace the air hose on Chevrolet S10? Posted by Customer
    A:
Begin filler tube replacement by disconnecting the negative Battery Cable followed by removing the fuel filler cap. Begin by removing fuel filler pipe attaching screws that secure it to fill pipe housing followed by lifting your vehicle position. Place a suitable gas drain container beneath the fuel filler pipe after disconnecting the filler pipe's grounding strap. Begin procedure by cleaning the vent hose connection before unclipping the vent hose clamp; next move to cleaning the fuel filler hose connection while unclipping the fuel filler hose clamp. After removing the fuel filler pipe install protective caps on both the fuel filler hose and vent hose. Installation begins by removing caps from both fuel filler hose and vent hose connections before aligning the fuel filler pipe to its positions on the fuel tank fill and vent hoses and fill pipe housing. Tighten the fuel fill hose clamp to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in) while the vent hose clamp requires 1.7 n.m (15 lb in) torque. Fasten the filler pipe ground strap to the frame using its bolt with washer by tightening the bolt to reach 15 n.m (11 lb ft). Lower the vehicle while attaching the fuel filler pipe to fill pipe housing through screws which need tightening to 1.9 n.m (17 lb in). Install the fuel filler cap last while you reconnect the negative Battery Cable and do leak inspections.
