Unfit the lower pinch bolt of the intermediate shaft, according to the steps of intermediate steering shaft replacement contained in steering wheel and column - standard or tilt. Next, come off with the front suspension cross member and power steering Rack And Pinion mounting bolts. Next, remove the power steering Rack And Pinion from the front suspension crossmember. For installation, bolt the power steering Rack And Pinion back onto the front suspension crossmember, fastening strictly by the fasteners notice in service precautions. Mount the power steering Rack And Pinion mounting bolts and tighten to 120 nm (89 ft. Lbs). Replace the front suspension crossmember and the lower pinch bolt to the intermediate shaft in the proven procedures for intermediate steering shaft replacement in steering wheel and column-standard or tilt. Lower the vehicle, bleed the power steering system, and align the front wheels.
