Position the body side rear door hinge onto its alignment marks before installing body side door hinge bolts to the body and tightening them to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft). Two people should lower and install the rear door onto body side hinge straps before bolting down the rear door hinge keeper straps to a torque of 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft). Reduce doorway harness interface connections while attaching the wiring harness grommet to the body framework. Use a torque wrench to attach the bolt on the rear door check link to the body until it reaches 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft) torque. Then check the door function while assessing its correct positioning.

With assistance, lower the rear door onto the body side hinge straps and install the bolts retaining the rear door hinge keeper straps, tightening them to 25 Nm (18.4 lb ft).

With assistance, lift the front door off the body side hinges and place it on a clean, protected surface.

Remove the bolts that hold the front door hinge keeper straps in place.

Reconnect the front door wiring harness connectors and install the front door wiring harness grommet to the body.

Install the bolt retaining the front door check link to the body, tightening it to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft), and inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.
