Next, remove the bolts of water outlet and take out the outlet then dispose the gasket. For installation, install a new gasket on the water outlet and lubricate the o-ring seal with neat engine coolant. Make sure you tighten the water outlet bolts to 21n.m (15 lb ft) and then replace the radiator inlet hose and the air cleaner outlet resonator duct.
