    When replacing the blower motor start by removing the sound insulator panel. Start by taking out the blower motor insulating cover screws and unplugging its electric connector. Take out the blower motor insulating cover after completing this step. Rephrase Sentence: To remove the blower motor pull its retaining tab down and turn it counterclockwise to release it from the heater/ventilation unit. Insert the new blower motor into the heater/ventilation module then twist it clockwise until the retaining tab clicks into place. Fit the blower motor insulating cover back in place and connect its electrical connector to the blower motor according to the Fastener Notice. Secure the blower motor insulating cover screws by turning them to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in) torque while also placing back the sound insulator panel if the system comes with one.

    Start your blower motor replacement work by taking out the sound insulator panel when present. Take the screws off the blower motor insulating cover and disconnect its electrical connector. Then take off the blower motor insulation piece. Following the direction of the blower motor and pulling up its retaining tab will release it from the heater/ventilation module. Turn the motor in a counterclockwise motion to remove it. First place the new blower motor onto the heater/ventilation module with a clockwise rotation. Push the unit until the retaining tab locks securely in place. Put back the blower motor insulating cover and wire its electrical connector to the blower motor. Secure the blower motor insulating cover screws by turning them to 1.6 Nm (14 lb in). Replace the sound insulator panel when it has built-in features.

    Start by removing the sound insulator panel if your vehicle uses it. Open the knitted insulation cover by unscrewing its fasteners. Free the electric connection from the motor before removing it. Disassemble the blower motor shield after completion. Push down the retention tab as you rotate the blower motor clockwise off its socket in the heating/ventilation unit and take out the blower motor. Turn the new blower motor into the heater/ventilation module by twisting it clockwise until the retaining ring engages. Secure the insulating cover on top of the blower motor when you attach its electrical connector properly according to safety procedures. After installing the blower motor insulating cover screws with 1.6 Nm of force (14 lb in) replace any available sound insulator panel.
