    To service and repair the Coolant Reservoir, i.e., for the surge tank hose/pipe replacement at the outlet, begin with draining the cooling system first. Get the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to reposition the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose clamp from the surge tank, after which remove the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose from the surge tank. Next up, use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) one more time to reposition the Radiator Hose clamp from the Cylinder Head and detach the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose from the Cylinder Head. Continue by locking the hose clamp pliers (J 38185), and move the Radiator Hose clamp from the Radiator; remove the hose connecting the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet. For the installation, firstly fit the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose to the Radiator, and mentally adjust the Radiator Hose clamp to the Radiator by using the hose clamp pliers (J38185). Then install the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose to the Cylinder Head and then using the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) reposition the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose clamp to the Cylinder Head. Finally make the surge tank outlet/radiator outlet hose to the surge tank and thank you very much hose clamp to the surber tank with helper (J38185) hose clamp replace to the surge tank by filling the cooling system.

    First, remove the throttle body air inlet duct and drain the cooling system in order to allow replacing the throttle body heater hose. Then, unscrew the throttle body inlet hose clamp and hose off the coolant pipe and after that unscrew the drip of throttle body clamp and hose and remove throttle body inlet hose. For Installation, it starts with the installation of the new throttle body inlet hose, then you attach the hose and clamp to the throttle body followed by application of securing the hose and clamp to the said coolant pipe. Finally, refuel the cooling system and put back the throttle body air inlet duct.

Finally detach the throttle body outlet hose. First step for installation requires you to install the throttle body outlet hose , followed by attaching the throttle body outlet hose and clamp to the throttle body before connecting the throttle body outlet hose and clamp to the coolant pipe. Complete the cooling system while also reinstalling the throttle body air inlet duct.
