    The first step to replace front floor console subwoofer speaker involves removing both front seats and the Center Console subwoofer speaker. You must first disconnect the wire connector from the rear edge of the Center Console by shifting it slightly to the rear. Continuing this procedure grants access to the subwoofer speaker. Before extracting the speaker from its subwoofer position you must uninstall the 4 retaining screws, disconnect the wire connector and remove the speaker from its speaker assembly. The subwoofer assembly requires the installation of a new speaker which should then receive the wire connector. Fasten the 4 retaining screws while making sure they maintain the same thread alignment within the screw boss before tightening them to 6 n.m (53 lb in). First reconnect the wire connector through console movement and reinstall the console to i/p followed by reinstallation of both front seats.

    Start the process of front floor console subwoofer (806 Subwoofer) replacement by taking out the IP extension while disconnecting its wire connector that connects the I/P extension to the console. Access the wire connector that exists in front of the subwoofer speaker grill by moving the I/P extension. Disconnect the wire connector. All wire harnesses should be taken out from the IP extension prior to removing the subwoofer assembly from the vehicle. Put the subwoofer assembly into the vehicle while pointing the wire harnesses inside the IP extension and plugging the wire connector in front of the subwoofer speaker grill and then connect the wire connector. To finish the process install the IP extension to the IR then perform verification tests on the subwoofer functionality.
