    Q:
How to replace the PCV Valve on Chevrolet Corvette? Posted by Customer
    A:
A proper positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve replacement requires removing both the pcv tube from right rocker arm cover and Intake Manifold and disconnecting the PCV Valve pipe from the left rocker arm cover. The next step requires users to remove both the PCV Valve pipe strap nut and separate the PCV Valve pipe from the right rocker arm cover and Intake Manifold. Take the PCV Valve out from the valve pipe following this step. Begin the installation by joining the PCV Valve with the valve pipe and then fitting the PCV Valve pipe to the right rocker arm cover and Intake Manifold while following the fastener notice in service precautions. The PCV Valve pipe strap nut requires tightening to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.) before installing the pipe to the left rocker arm cover. Reinstall the pcv tube within the right rocker arm cover and Intake Manifold when doing the installation.
