Start the Brake Disc replacement process by detaching the tire and wheel assemblies through the use of a wheel hub resurfacing kit item number j42450-a. Pull off the brake caliper and hang the caliper unit away from the disc surface. Once accomplished detach the Brake Caliper Bracket then uninstall the Brake Disc from the vehicle body. You must clean dust and rust off both wheel bearing and disc contact areas with the wheel hub resurfacing kit j42450-a to avoid uneven brake rotation and stick-slip problems. Connect the Brake Disc studs to the wheel bearing flange first and then apply the Brake Caliper Bracket assembly and brake caliper over them. Put the tire and wheel back in its original position.
