In order to replace the Vacuum Brake Booster, disconnect the vacuum hose to the check valve, and then disconnect the master cylinder and the acoustical barrier. Take the booster out by tilting the booster to take the pushrod out of the brake pedal. Installation consists of connecting the gasket, the pushrod and reinstalling components.
