The Knock Sensor service requires complete Intake Manifold removal and disconnecting the Knock Sensor's electrical connector before removing the sensor. As part of the installation process you should tighten the Knock Sensor to 19 n.m (14 lb ft) before connecting its electrical connector and re-installing the Intake Manifold.
