  A: In order to replace the Throttle Body assembly, you should first take off the negative Battery Cable and release the pressure in the fuel system. Pull off the maf/iat sensor electric connection from the maf/iat sensor, the air cleaner intake duct assembly, and the pcv valve fresh air tube. Take off the cable for the cruise control from the accelerator control cable bracket and the Throttle Body lever, take off the accelerator cable of the accelerator control cable bracket and Throttle Body lever. Take out the iac valve electrical connector and the tp sensor electrical connector and after that remove the transaxle shift cable from the clip on the accelerator controls cable bracket. The bolts from the Throttle Body should be unscrewed from the water crossover and the plenum duct discarded. Next, remove accelerator controls cable bracket and the bolt from the Throttle Body. For the installation, mount the new accelerator cable bracket with bolts screwed into 12 n.m (106 lb in) at the Throttle Body. Placing a new Throttle Body Gasket on top of the Throttle Body and attaching Throttle Body bolt to water crossover and new plenum duct, then secure to 12 n.m (106 lb in). Connect the iac valve and tp sensor connectors back on, as well as the accelerator control cable and cruise control cable to their respective levers and brackets. Next, connect the transaxle shift cable clip, maf/iat sensor electrical connector, and install the air cleaner intake duct assembly while tightening the clamp(s) to 4 n.m (35 lb in). Lastly, reconnect the pcv valve fresh air tube and the negative Battery Cable, and the tp sensor learn procedure by turning the ignition switch to the run/on position for 1 min and turn to lock/off for 15 seconds. Following this with iac valve learn procedure, turn ignition switch to lock/off for 15seconds and then turn the key on to run for two seconds to check proper idle operation of the engine.
