Next, remove the nut that tightens the Engine Mount to Engine Mount bracket, and the nut that tightens the Power Steering Hose with the Engine Mount bracket and take out the bolts that join Engine Mount bracket with the engine then you read out the brackets with the engine. Then, unscrew the front cover bolts and lift the front cover and gasket, making sure that the gasket is not thrown away unless damaged because it can be reused. You would begin by installing the engine front cover, then the crankshaft balancer. Mount the bolts attaching the Engine Mount bracket to the engine and tighten them with 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Finally, attach the nut on the attachment of the Engine Mount to that on the Engine Mount bracket and tighten it to 80 nm (59 ft. Lbs.). Remove the car to remove the engine support jack, lower the car, and finally fix the drive belt idler pulley by tightening the bolt to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) before refixing the drive belt tensioner.
