How to service the Back Up Light Switch on 2000 Chevrolet Tracker?

In order to maintain the back up lamp switch, remove the negative battery cable and lift up the vehicle. Take out electrical connector and the switch, and examine it and the O-ring. Install the switch again, re-connect the electrical connector, lower the vehicle and reconnect the battery cable.
