How to service the Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2000 Chevrolet Venture?

Service of the ambient outside air temperature sensor begins by turning off ignition and opening the hood. Begin by unplugging the electrical connector from the ambient outside air temperature sensor before using a ratchet to remove the sensor's mounting bolt from the radiator support flange to extract the sensor from the vehicle. Reposition the ambient outside air temperature sensor on the radiator support then bolt it while maintaining 2 N.m (18 lb in) torque. Reconnect the electrical connector which powers the ambient outside air temperature sensor to its correct location.
