How to replace the Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Venture?

Begin the ambient outside air temperature sensor replacement sequence by turning off the ignition and opening the hood. Separate the 2-wire weather pack electrical connector from the outdoor ambient air temperature sensor. Remove the securing bolt from the sensor than remove the sensor from the vehicle. Secure the new outside ambient air temperature sensor in place by using the radiator support bolt followed by a 2 N.m (18 lb in) torque setting. Fasten the outside ambient air temperature sensor electric connector to the external sensor during sensor installation.
