How to replace the Power Steering Hose Return Line on 2000 Chevrolet Venture?

The vehicle requires support elevation before beginning p/s return line replacement. To access the right side engine splash shield remove it while placing a drain pan under the vehicle to catch power steering fluid during draining. Lower the vehicle after disconnecting the power steering gear cooler pipe from the return hose. First remove the Drive Belt before proceeding to uninstall the inlet hose from the Power Steering Pump accompanied by the hose retainer until the inlet hose is extracted. Start by installing the inlet hose before you attach it both to the Power Steering Pump and hose retainer. Support and elevate the vehicle before you join the inlet hose with the power steering gear cooler pipe. Lower the vehicle after the right side engine splash shield installation. Then install the Drive Belt. To complete the installation you should drain power steering fluid from the reservoir and bleed the power steering system.
