You must raise the vehicle before removing any underbody shields to replace the right side Engine Mount. First detach the right side through-bolt and nut of the Engine Mount before replacement. A jack positioned on the engine block square tab will gradually lift the engine upward while the Starter might need removal to gain access to the right side square tab. Lift the engine to clearance-height after removing the Engine Mount and proceed to extract the bolts securing the Engine Mount frame bracket. Finally remove the bracket. You must take away the bolts attaching the Engine Mount to the engine before extracting both the mount and shield. To install this component combine the Engine Mount with shield and one bolt beforehand before installing the mount and shield to the engine. Secure the Engine Mount through the engine bolts by tightening them to 55 nm (41 ft. Lbs.). The engineer should place the Engine Mount frame bracket onto the frame before tightening its bracket bolts to 45 nm (33 ft. Lbs.). Lower the engine before removing the jack and install the mount through-bolts with nuts which need to be tightened to 74 nm (55 ft. Lbs.) and 63 nm (46 ft. Lbs.), respectively. The Starter installation follows last when the vehicle reaches the floor.
