How to replace the vacuum brake booster on 2001 Buick Century?

In order to change the vacuum brake booster, make sure the cruise control cable is not pinched. Take off the insulator of the left instrument panel, disconnect the stoplamp switch and the pushrod of the brake booster. empty the cooling system, unscrew a number of pipes and turn the engine. Disassemble the master cylinder and install new booster and reconnect.
