How to replace the inside air temperature sensor on 2001 Buick LeSabre?

Begin sensor replacement of the inside air temperature by removing both the cluster trim plate and knee bolster. First detach the inside air temperature sensor from the instrument panel by disconnecting it from the aspirator hose. A complete sensor replacement requires removing both the electrical connector and disconnecting it. Plug in the electrical connector after securing the air temperature sensor onto the aspirator hose then reinstall the sensor within the instrument panel. Reinstall the knee bolster while also reattaching the cluster trim plate.
