Apply high temperature silicone lube to the brake caliper bolts and parts. Place the pad retainers inside the bracket and install inboard then outboard brake pads. Lower the brake caliper onto the brake pads in their bracket then bolt the lower brake caliper pin in position and tighten it to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). Lower the vehicle and place back the wheel before tightening the guide bolt to 24 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) on the Control Arm. Keep the engine off and work gradually to push the Brake Pedal to 2/3 of its range then relax your foot to make sure the breaking calipers and brake pads are correctly positioned. Add brake fluid up to the correct amount before using the brake servo to smooth out both components.
