At last position bolt on the Intake Manifold before tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). The installation continues with the retaining nut applied to the egr valve adapter pipe assembly before torquing it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). In cases where the secondary air injection (AIR) pump outlet pipe exists reinstall it in its proper position.
