Removing the front suspension coil spring and taking care of it is required when servicing and repairing the suspension strut. Take the strut out of the car and fit it into the Strut Compressor and then squeeze the spring. Install the strut shaft, then reassemble the parts making sure they are oriented correctly and securely fastened. Lastly, detach the strut on the compressor.
