How to replace the Daytime Running Light Relay on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to install Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) relay, remove the washer hose by opening the hood. Pull the cruise control cable aside, pull off the relay and fuse bracket cover and pull off the faulty DRL relay with Relay Puller Pliers. Install the new relay, fasten it and rewire all.
