How to replace the headlight relay on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to change the headlamp relay, one should open the hood and unattach the washer hose and cruise control cable retainer clip. Take out the relay and fuse bracket cover then take out the faulty headlamp relay with Relay Puller Pliers. Install the new relay, secure it and reconnect the components and close the hood.
