The process begins by removing the nut fastening the battery negative cable to the engine then moving on to the bolt securing the generator to the right Engine Mount strut bracket. You must remove three bolts from the right Engine Mount strut bracket before extracting it from the Cylinder Head location. To install the right Engine Mount strut bracket position it on the engine then install its three bolts before tightening them to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). The top generator bolt must be installed onto the right Engine Mount strut bracket while achieving 47 nm (35 ft. Lbs.) of tightness. Installation of the battery negative cable nut requires attachment to the front of the engine before torqueing it to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Afterward, secure the power steering return hose bolt with 13 nm (115 ft. Lbs.) torque. The last step includes reinstallation of the Drive Belt and the Engine Mount strut.
