The steering knuckle is serviced and repaired by raising the vehicle, gathering tools and repairing. Take out the tire, wheel, wheel bearing and hub assembly. Unscrew the outer tie rod end, take out the lower ball joint cotter pin, and loosen the steering knuckle. Install steering knuckle, reconnect and lower the vehicle.
