How to replace the wiper arm on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to change the wiper arm, unplug the washer hose, undo the top and pull the arm. Using holes, a pin is inserted and the nut is removed followed by a puller to remove the arm. Wipe the shaft off, take off the blade and put in the new parts. Test the wipers and reconnect all.
