How to replace the fuel pressure regulator on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

To change fuel pressure regulator, de-press the fuel and clean up the regulator. Unconnect the vacuum line, the retainer clip as well as the regulator. Take off the O-rings and filter and cover the housing. Install new O-rings, clamp on the regulator, reconnect the vacuum line, and go through to ensure that there are no leaks.
