Next, break the rear brake caliper and mounting bracket, upholding them with a nearby fabricated hook. After that, eliminate the brake rotor from the Wheel Hub. Before installing a new rotor, make sure you remove the protective coating off the friction surfaces using the goodwrench brake parts cleaner p/n 123777981 or a similar item and clean the surface of the rotors with cloths; do not use gasoline, kerosene, and other oil solvents since they leave damageable and flammable residue. Mount the new brake rotor on the Wheel Hub, and put on the rear brake caliper and mounting plate assembly back. Lastly, reinstall the tire and wheel, lower the vehicle, and pump brake pedal couple of times to feel firm.
