  A: Before working on the Valve Stem Oil Seal you need to take out the spark plugs and rocker arms first. Insert the Spark Plug port adapter j22794 into the Spark Plug port and activate compressed air to immobilize valves during service. Regulate the valve spring either with the valve spring compressor models j5892-d or j38606. First take measurements of the valve locks valve cap and valve spring before removing the Valve Stem Oil Seal. To install the new Valve Stem Oil Seal push it down onto the valve guide boss while fitting it into the provided plastic sleeve. Thread the spring components on top of each other before compressing the valve spring once more using the valve spring compressor (J38606) or (J5892-D). Fasten valve locks to their places with grease then remove the valve spring and make sure the locks are safely set in place. Reinstall both rocker arms and spark plugs last.
