    A: To replace the air bag clock spring, start by disabling the sir system to prevent air bag activation and personal injury. Check for damages on the Steering Wheel module coil wire if deployment has occurred. Move the front wheels to straight ahead first, then take off the Steering Wheel from the Steering Column. Remove the three screws fixing the Steering Column lower trim cover and the one screw fixing the Steering Column upper trim cover. Pull out the wire tie hooking the Steering Wheel module coil wire, and detach the electrical connector. Remove the Steering Wheel module coil from the base of the turn signal, checking the turn signal switch base for physical damage. Remove the steering wheels coil. Uni-screw and remove the steering wheels module coil from the turn signal base and check the turn signal switch base for the physical damage. Replace turn signal, headlamp and windshield washer switch with levers in case damaged, as well as the air bag clock spring if assembly damaged. For installation, the front wheels should be left straight ahead, and then the Steering Wheel module coil is also mounted on the turn signal base using four screws. Center the Steering Wheel module coil if needed, you will connect the electrical connector and tie the wire tie to the Steering Wheel module coil wire. Install back the Steering Column upper trim cover with one screw, the lower trim cover with three screws, and finally the Steering Wheel. Once the installation is over, enable the sir system.
