Fitting the sleeve of the screwdriver with tape ensures protection during removal of the crankshaft rear oil seal. To install the new crankshaft rear oil seal dust out multipurpose grease on its lip then hit it until its surface reaches the crankshaft rear oil seal retainer using a hammer. First install the transaxle assembly before reinstalling the Flywheel and clutch and Pressure Plate when necessary. Secure the negative Battery Cable at 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) torque while tightening the Battery Cable bolt.
