How to replace the fan shroud on 2001 Chevrolet Venture?

Before starting replacement of the Fan Shroud test for safety by verifying both electric coolant fan caution and damaged Fan Blade caution signals. Inspect the cooling fan blades for any foreign material after which cleaning any detected foreign material becomes necessary if the engine compartment shows abnormal noise or vibration. Use the ignition off position to start before removing the cooling fans together with their shroud. First detach the cooling fans along with their motors from the cooling Fan Shroud and then remove the cooling Fan Motor heat shields. First install the heat shields for cooling fan motors onto the cooling Fan Shroud before inserting the motors then the fans and finally returning the fans to the shroud.
