Aim your J 25070 Heat Gun (J 25070) at the emblem/nameplate from 152mm while moving in circular motions for thirty seconds. Take out the emblem/nameplate gently by working with a plastic tool designed for this task. To remove body panel adhesive use a 3M(TM) Scotch Brite molding adhesive remover disk (3M(TM) P/N 07501) while cleaning plastic panels needs a lint-free cloth with VMP naphtha or a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Clean the installation area using the same cloth and wiping fluid until the surface is dry. Mark the spot on the surface if it is not already shown and put tape to note the emblem/nameplate placement. Use standard installation process for the SUPERCHARGED emblem/nameplate while placing the GS emblem/nameplate 85.725 mm (3.375 in) below and 31.750 mm (1.250 in) right of the rear compartment lid edge. Add the LS emblem exactly as the instructions explain. Heat the surface below 41°C (105°F) with the J 25070 Heat Gun while keeping the emblem/nameplate between 29-32°C (85-90°F). Remove the protective liner without touching the adhesive and place the emblem/nameplate at specified marks by applying equal pressure to the surface. Take off the protective tape from the mounting surface at the end.
