How to replace the exhaust crossover exhaust pipe on 2002 Buick Century?

In order to change the exhaust crossover pipe, take out the air cleaner intake duct, and then the heat shield bolts and the heat shield. Remover the pipe bolts and the pipe. Install the new tube, fasten it using bolts, refit the heat shield and the air cleaner intake duct.
