Start by displacing the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield to uncover the exhaust crossover pipe nuts which are mounted to the right Exhaust Manifold. Start by disconnecting the heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) connector and then raise the vehicle and support it properly. Begin the procedure by disassembling the EGR Tube together with the 3-way catalytic converter pipe from the right Exhaust Manifold and moving forward to remove all the upper and lower heat shield bolts and finally take off both heat shields. Extract the Exhaust Manifold and Exhaust Manifold nuts before removing the right Exhaust Manifold Gasket and cleaning and inspecting the Exhaust Manifold surfaces. Here you must mount the heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) followed by the new Exhaust Manifold Gasket and Exhaust Manifold. Tighten the Exhaust Manifold nuts to 16 nm (12 ft.
