Vehicle elevation through support systems is necessary before renovating exhaust hangers. You need to unscrew the bolt which connects the center exhaust hanger to the rear suspension support bracket. Add a suitable lubricant on the exhaust pipe hanger rod prior to pulling the center exhaust hanger from the exhaust pipe hanger rod. After removing the nut which holds the rear exhaust hanger to its bracket users must apply lubricant to the tail pipe hanger rod before pulling the rear exhaust hanger away from the rod. The process of installation involves applying a soapy substance to both the tail pipe hanger rod and rear exhaust hanger inner diameter to help with attachment thereafter pressing the rear exhaust hanger over the tail pipe hanger rod and positioning it to the rear exhaust hanger bracket. Fasten the rear exhaust hanger nut to the rear exhaust hanger bracket with proper torque at 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). Apply soapy water to the exhaust pipe hanger rod and center exhaust hanger inner diameter then push the center exhaust hanger onto the exhaust pipe hanger rod followed by installing and torquing the center exhaust hanger bolt to the rear suspension support bracket at 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
