You should detach the air cleaner assembly followed by disassembly of the vacuum Brake Booster. Beginning by removing the accumulator clip follow the process of loosening the accumulator tube nut at the accumulator. The first step to replace the accumulator tube requires disconnecting the accumulator tube from both the accumulator and evaporator core block fitting and the accumulator tube. Throw away the o-ring seal of the accumulator tube before tube removal. Starting installation requires you to put the accumulator tube o-ring seat in position before connecting the accumulator tube to the evaporator. Attach the accumulator tube to the evaporator core block fitting bolt while tightening it to 16 n.m torque specification (12 lb ft).
