The first step is to drain the cooling system, then loosen the Water Pump Pulley bolts and slid off the Drive Belt. Then, unscrew the Water Pump Pulley bolts and take off the pulley, and after that, remove the Water Pump bolts, pump, and gasket. Clean the surfaces of the Water Pump that touch the engine before putting on the gasket and pump . Put the Water Pump bolts in place and make sure they are tightened to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Put the Water Pump Pulley and bolt in place partly, then insert the Drive Belt. Tighten up the Water Pump Pulley bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.), add coolant to the system, and look for any leaks.
