How to replace the wiper arm on 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

The first step to fix the Wiper Arm is using the Wiper Arm puller tool j 39822. First activate the ignition then select delay mode on the Wiper Switch. Press the brakes until your wiper arms are stacked at the bottom before shutting off the ignition. Grab and take off the washer hose before you detach the Wiper Arm nut cover followed by the Wiper Arm nut. Put the wiper arms on the wiper transmission and lower the Wiper Switch to delay. Place the Wiper Arm puller tool j 39822 between the wiper transmission and arm to remove the Wiper Arm. Set the wiper arms onto the transmission component and make sure the right arm lies 97-107 mm (3.82-4.21 in) before the screen and the left arm measures 125-147 mm (4.92-5.78 in). Fasten the Wiper Arm nut tightly to 30 n.m (22 lb ft) while also placing the Wiper Arm nut cover on top. Check windscreen wiper functionality by turning on the wipers once the washer hose links back to the Wiper Arm.
